Panama flagged feeder vessel MV Star of Luck is held up by Chittagong Port Authority for damaging Jetties 3 and 4 of New Mooring Container terminal. The incident occurred on 11 May 2014 in the morning while the vessel was coming alongside with containers. A 7 member committee has been set up by the port for investigation. The vessel is held up in the mean time.
